Book you in for an appointment as soon as possible, at a time that suits you.
Ensure you feel safe and comfortable throughout every visit.
Discuss all treatment options available to you.
Listen and respond to your queries or concerns.
Provide you with a written treatment estimate and be upfront about the cost of your treatment - no hidden charges.
Endeavour to run on time.

In order to help us maintain a successful practice, we ask that you please:

Arrive promptly for your appointments.
Provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you are unable to attend.
Follow our advice regarding any treatment or aftercare and attend further appointments if recommended.
Pay for your treatment on or by the agreed date.
